Our goal is to provide honest, informed, and professional real-estate services to every client. We follow all Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) rules, National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing Act standards.

Per Arizona law, transaction and client records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after closing or cancellation.
Records may be stored electronically on secure servers or physically in secured locations.

All advertising and MLS content must be accurate and truthful. Information on our Sites is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Listings may change or be withdrawn without notice.
No unauthorized copying or distribution of listing photos or text is allowed.

We may recommend licensed professionals (e.g., inspectors, lenders, title agencies) solely to assist clients.
We receive no compensation for referrals unless required by law and fully disclosed to clients.

If a client has a concern, they should first contact Charles Tupper directly to seek resolution.
Unresolved issues may be addressed through West USA Realty’s managing broker or the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
All concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Clients may receive transactional texts or updates through Verizon One Talk.
